More About the Event

Come and join us at Rydges, for our July Findex Business Bite presented by Helen Sheeran.

Mid-Year Reset: Meditation for Leadership

Helen will introduce the 8 qualities of self leadership, and the benefits of meditation and how specifically meditation can be used in a leadership context. Also, how we can be more considered in our decisions and actions. This will be followed up by a 20 minute meditation practice at your seat.

Please bring something comfortable / warm from home should you wish e.g. a shawl, or blanket/throw…slippers even. This will be fun and a bit different 😊

A light breakfast will be served (please specify any dietary requirements at check out).
