Membership Auto-Renewal

By accepting the autorenewal terms, you acknowledge and agree that: –

1. All TBWC Membership billing emails will be sent to the email address you have entered on the “Join Now” page, unless changed by you.
2. Your TBWC Membership will automatically renew 12 months from the date you join as a member (the “Due Date”) unless cancelled in accordance with clause 6 below.
3. The TBWC Membership fee is subject to review by the TBWC Management Committee and may be varied by notice in writing to you not less than five (5) days prior to the Due Date, and you agree that such notice may occur via email to the email address you have entered on the “Join Now” page, unless changed by you.
4. Payment of the TBWC Membership fee will be direct debited from your payment method. It is your responsibility to provide valid payment details and ensure that your payment details and billing email address are up to date.
5. All payments made are non-refundable.
6. You may cancel your TBWC Membership by:
   1. providing written notice to the TBWC Management Committee by email to: admin@tbwc.com.au; or
   2. selecting the ‘Cancel your Membership’ option through Members Page on the TBWC website.
