Sally McCutcheon is a Senior Associate in the Workplace Relations Team at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers. Sally advises in relation to all aspects of workplace relations law including unfair dismissals, discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, disciplinary processes, redundancy, contracts, awards and policies. Sally’s work also has a strong focus on work health and safety including advising businesses, senior management and boards of directors on their WHS responsibilities and establishing comprehensive and compliant documentation. Sally regularly trains teams on employment and WHS policies and the obligations of employees and directors. Sally sits on the boards of Theatreinq, Brighter Lives: the Townsville Hospital Foundation and Townsville Grammar School.

All TBWC Membership billing emails will be sent to the email address you have entered on the “Join Now” page, unless changed by you.
Your TBWC Membership will automatically renew 12 months from the date you join as a member (the “Due Date”) unless cancelled in accordance with clause 6 below.
The TBWC Membership fee is subject to review by the TBWC Management Committee and may be varied by notice in writing to you not less than five (5) days prior to the Due Date, and you agree that such notice may occur via email to the email address you have entered on the “Join Now” page, unless changed by you.
Payment of the TBWC Membership fee will be direct debited from your payment method. It is your responsibility to provide valid payment details and ensure that your payment details and billing email address are up to date.
All payments made are non-refundable.
You may cancel your TBWC Membership by:
providing written notice to the TBWC Management Committee by email to: admin@tbwc.com.au; or
selecting the ‘Cancel your Membership’ option through Members Page on the TBWC website.
