She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and is a local to the Townsville legal profession, graduating from James Cook University. Renee is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Succession Law and an Adjunct Lecturer with the College of Law in the Masters of Law – Applied Law program. Renee previously served for many years on the Board of Cootharinga North Queensland and as a committee member of STEP Qld. She is the current Chair of the Queensland Law Society Succession Law Specialist Accreditation Committee.

Gina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Design Studies – Graphic Design plus a Master’s Degree in Business Communications specialising in Advertising & PR. Gina has also worked out in the field for some well known advertising agencies plus have worked as the graphic & web designer for many private companies plus the Communications Officer/PR for a medical company. Sandra Moore

General Manager of Child Safety and Youth Justice (selectability) + General Manager of Suicide Prevention and Suicide Prevention Queensland (selectability)

Over the past 20 years Sandra has held several executive and senior leadership roles within the government, non-government, and private sectors. Her current role is the General Manager of Child Safety, Youth Justice and Suicide Prevention for the not-for-profit organisation, selectability.

In her spare time, she also owns and runs her own Nutrition Business called Nutrition by Sandra.

Sandra was appointed to the position of Regional Executive Director with the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services, North Queensland in January 2015, and transitioned through various iterations of the Department over a period of nine years, in line with Machinery of Government changes. She has led a team of over 1000 staff across the state of Queensland focused on the delivery of child protection and youth justice services.

Prior to joining the government, Sandra was the Chief Operating Officer with North West Remote Health, and prior to that she was the Northern Queensland Regional Manager with the Cancer Council Queensland. Her earlier career was in management roles in engineering companies, including the Shell Company of Australia.

Sandra holds an undergraduate chemistry degree (applied chemistry) with organic chemistry and environmental science majors, a Graduate Diploma of Management and a Master of Business Administration.  Sandra is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders. In addition, Sandra holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition.

Jacqui is a Townsville local, raising a young family of 3 girls and a husband to support her business dreams, Jacqui will be on board to provide a strategic element to our social presence for the TBWC.

The best piece of advice I was given was from my husband who simply told me that if I never tried it, I’d never know what it could be like. Since starting my business, the framework has already evolved twice and it’s no more than I ever imagined.
