Established in 2015, the Townsville Business Women’s Circle (TBWC) is a not-for-profit entity created to offer Townsville women a platform of diverse professional development opportunities to cater to the needs of various industries and professions.

TBWC is run by a volunteer management committee of passionate, local professionals. At our core, we are committed to empowering individuals and businesses to reach their full potential through continuous learning and growth.

Our purpose is to connect, empower, celebrate and educate women in our region. Our vision is to be the first choice for women in business. We aim to provide high-quality, innovative, and relevant professional development opportunities, events and programs that enable our participants to excel in their careers and adapt to the rapidly evolving professional landscape.
