Keyes & Co Property (Co-Owner + Business Manager)
Established in 2012 by leading Townsville real estate sales team, Damien and Kirsty Keyes, Keyes & Co. Property is a specialist residential real estate sales office servicing the greater Townsville region. Being home grown products themselves, Damien and Kirsty are passionate about this region and have forged strong links with the community and are recognised as leaders in their field. This is due to their intense customer focus they bring to every challenge combined with their highly professional approach which has led to some amazing results for their clients over the years. Wilson Ryan Grose (Associate)
Naomi is an Associate of the Succession Law workgroup at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business degree and is a local to the Townsville legal profession, graduating from James Cook University.

Tracey is a Partner at Findex Townsville. With over 15 years’ professional experience, Tracey is a sought-after audit specialist with a diverse range of experience having worked on external audit, accounting and financial reporting advisory engagements in the not-for-profit, private and public sector in Queensland.
Tracey’s clients benefit from her comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging issues and her recognised expertise, professionalism and excellent communication skills have crafted long-standing client relationships and delivered consistently effective results.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Southern Queensland, is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Registered Company Auditor.
Qld Country Bank (Head of Human Resources)
Rebecca Campbell is Queensland Country Bank’s Head of Human Resources, joining the team in 2010. Her passion for diversity, requisite organisational structure, performance management and talent acquisition has seen her team implement strategies which has helped the bank navigate through significant organisational change whilst upholding strong staff engagement. Bec holds a Bachelor of Psychology from JCU and is accredited in WHS and Rehabilitation. In her spare time, Bec’s focus is on her family and she enjoys working with community groups to improve employment outcomes.
4th Health Battalion (Lieutenant Colonel | Commanding Officer)
Lieutenant Colonel (LTCOL) Kylie Hasse commissioned in 2008 to Royal Australian Army Nursing Corps. LTCOL Hasse has experience across the 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 17th Brigades, Army Headquarters, Special Operations Command and Joint Health Command. Her current role is the Commanding Officer of the 4th Health Battalion providing health support to enable the Land Domain to achieve its mission.
Previously to this she was the Senior Health Officer (SHO) of the 3rd Brigade (BDE). She has been privileged during her career in Defence to experience many different types of nursing; from day to day delivery of Primary Health care, teaching, high end trauma and humanitarian aid. Of note she has served in two Operational deployments to the Middle East. Deploying to Afghanistan in 2011 and more recently to Iraq 2014/2015. During these deployments she multiple multisystem trauma cases and on many occasions treated and coordinated mass casualty events. Her deployment to Iraq saw her awarded a Distinguished Service Medal for outstanding leadership and dedication to duty as a Nursing Officer.
Daring & Young Property (Residential Sales Agent)
Rhi is a dedicated real estate sales professional at Daring & Young Property, where she thrives on helping clients achieve their property goals with integrity and local expertise. Before transitioning to real estate, she built a strong foundation in business development and client engagement during her tenure at XRX Business Centre, where she specialized in tailored print and telco solutions for local businesses.
A proud advocate for Townsville’s business community, Rhi is passionate about supporting the growth and success of local enterprises. In her role as a committee member for the Townsville Business Women’s Circle, she oversees Business Bites events and memberships, fostering connections and providing valuable opportunities for women to grow personally and professionally. Known for her friendly approach and passion for bringing people together, she is driven to create spaces where women in business can thrive.
Beyond work, Rhi has a deep love (some may say obsession) for sport. She proudly supports the North Queensland Cowboys and other local teams. She also volunteers on the committee at her local cricket club, where she contributes to the development of women’s sport in the community. Passionate about fostering connections both on and off the field, she finds joy in engaging with Townsville’s vibrant sporting and business communities.
Director of Marketing & Communications at St Pat’s College
Isabel (Izzy) is the Director of Marketing & Communications at St Patrick’s College Townsville, where she leads innovative strategies to boost the College’s presence and engagement. With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing & Communications and Tourism & Sustainable Management from James Cook University, she brings a well-rounded skill set to her role. A proud Townsville local, Izzy is deeply passionate about the community and the growth of local businesses and initiatives. Her dedication to education and empowering young girls in Townsville is at the heart of her work, particularly in her role at an all-girls school where she advocates for creating meaningful pathways for students. Izzy is excited to contribute to the Townsville Business Women’s Circle, supporting the professional development of women in the region. She also loves planning and attending events, finding joy in connecting with others!

Learning & Development Coordinator
Rebecca is the Learning & Development Coordinator for The Ville Precinct (Resort–Casino, Ardo Hotel and Townsville Entertainment and Convention center), where she leads precinct-wide training, leadership development, and industry engagement programs. Her work spans the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and capability development to organisational culture, school-based programs, and community partnerships—with a strong focus on empowering people and building long-term talent pathways for the region.
Rebecca is deeply connected to the North Queensland community through her involvement in vocational education, mentoring initiatives, and youth employment programs. She is passionate about creating opportunities that uplift emerging leaders, strengthen local workforce capability, and celebrate the stories and successes that shape our region.

Mendi (HR & Site Administrator)
Maya is the HR & Site Administrator for Mendi Constructions, supporting the Doyle Group with onboarding, payroll, HR administration, and social media marketing across several business units. She also contributes to project delivery through subcontractor coordination, procurement, and compliance.
Maya enjoys working collaboratively and values the strong sense of community she’s involved in through the Doyle Group and her contributions to local rugby union. She is passionate about showcasing the people and projects that drive both the organisation and the wider region forward and takes pride in being part of work that has a tangible impact across North Queensland.
XRX (Marketing Manager)
Fiona is the Marketing Manager at XRX Business Centre and brings a strong blend of strategic insight and technical capability to the committee. A James Cook University graduate with a Bachelor of Computer Science, she pairs analytical thinking with creativity to deliver impactful projects across a range of platforms.
Her career has taken her around the globe, with experience spanning England, Ireland, India, Singapore and Tanzania. Returning home for family, Fiona is proud to once again call Townsville her community.
A long-standing member of the Townsville Business Women’s Circle, she is excited to contribute her skills and give back to a network that has supported her both professionally and personally.

Gina has a Bachelor's Degree in Design Studies - Graphic Design plus a Master's Degree in Business Communications specialising in Advertising & PR. She has owned her own graphic design business for 12+ years now. Gina has also worked out in the field for some well known advertising agencies plus have worked as the graphic & web designer for many private companies plus the Communications Officer/PR for a medical company. She is also the Administration Officer for her and her husband's medical Practice in Townsville.

Renee is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Succession Law and an Adjunct Lecturer with the College of Law in the Masters of Law - Applied Law program. Renee previously served for many years on the Board of Cootharinga North Queensland and as a committee member of STEP Qld. She is the current Chair of the Queensland Law Society Succession Law Specialist Accreditation Committee.
